Journey to One is a
Sound Energy Experience created by Lisa Byrne. After experiencing her
own profound awakening through sound healing, Lisa wanted to share the
Healing Power of Sound with others. So, she created a group meditation
that allows the participants to explore traveling the Sacred Sound Current.
Lisa fuses her musical and intuitive talents to create a "menu" of vibrational frequencies provided by the Didgeridoo, Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Native American Flute, Drums, Rainsticks and other sound healing tools. "Lisa likes to refer to this 'vibrational menu' as The Sacred Sounds Cafe". Lisa says, "Sound and vibration are a reflection of the Divine Oneness. Sound is a powerful stimuli that produces physiological changes in the body, alters our state of consciousness and awakens us to our true self."
