Sound is a powerful stimuli that produces physiological changes in the body. Sound alters brain waves,
moving them from the waking state of Beta waves into a more meditative state of Alpha or Theta waves.
Alpha & Theta brain waves create an enviroment for the body to heal itself. Alpha & Theta brain waves
faciliates changes in the body such as: lowering of the heart rate, blood pressure, respirations, and a
reduction in muscle tension. Sound promotes relaxation, decreases stress and maintains health.

The change in brain waves produced by sound also provides and opportunity for us to connect
to other realms of consciousness. In these other realms of consciousness we can access
higher levels of creativity, connect to our spirit guides and rediscover our Divine Self.
