The Didgeridoo is considered one of the oldest wind instruments on the planet and has been played by the Aborigines of Australia for thousands of years. Explore the sacred sound current; forge a deeper connection to your Higher Self and the Divine through the breath and vibrations of the Didgeridoo. Playing the Didgeridoo assists us in accessing other states of consciousness, improves our health, enhances creativity, increases intuition and is a conduit for meditation and prayer.

The deep repetitive drones and the harmonic resonance of the Didgeridoo allow the body's innate wisdom to create a state of relaxation enhancing the overall well-being of the body, mind & spirit. According to a recent study by the British Medical Association an additional benefit of playing the Didgeridoo maybe a decrease in snoring and improvement of sleep apnea.

Tune Your Sacred Temple with a Sacred Sound Blessing. Lisa is intuitively guided to select from a variety of instruments to assist people in releasing energies that no longer serve them. She chooses from a menu of vibrations she likes to call the 'Sacred Sounds Cafe' bringing in vibrations of love, harmony & peace to balance and align the physical, emotional, mental & spiritual bodies. Your Sacred Sound Blessing may include the sounds and vibrations of the Didgeridoo, Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Flutes, Drums, Chanting, and Toning. Crystals may be incorporated into your session.

Explore traveling the Sacred Sound Current of the Didgeridoo, Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Native American Flute, Drums, Rainsticks & other sound healing tools. Lisa will utilize these wondrous tools to hold the space as you Enter the Sound & Journey to One. Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow and blanket if they so desire. We will pass a talking stick at the end of the journey,
so participants may share their experience.
