Journey to One ~ A Sound Energy Experience with Lisa Byrne

Explore traveling the Sacred Sound Current of the Didgeridoo, Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Native American Flute, Drums, Rainsticks and other sound healing tools. Lisa will utilize these wondrous instruments to hold the space as you Enter the Sound and Journey to One. Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing and to bring a pillow and blanket if they so desire. We will pass a talking stick at the end of the journey so participants may share their experience.

  • Sound Health - The Merriam-Webster Dictionary contains the following definitions: The definition of Sound is free from injury or disease: exhibiting normal health, free from flaw, defect or decay! The definition of Health is the condition of being Sound in body, mind & spirit! The definition of Heal is to MAKE SOUND! So join us to MAKE SOUND, we will explore toning the chakras with intention, invoking the Ascended Master Calls and experience meditation through vibrational instruments. Donations are welcome.   • Didgeridoo for Beginners - Learn to play the Didgeridoo! We will explore how to create the basic drone, animal sounds, simple rhythms and the fundamentals of circular breathing.
