Sound Health - The Merriam-Webster Dictionary contains the following definitions: The definition of Sound is free from injury or disease: exhibiting normal health, free from flaw, defect or decay! The definition of Health is the condition of being Sound in body, mind & spirit! The definition of Heal is to MAKE SOUND! So join us to MAKE SOUND, we will explore toning the chakras with intention, invoking the Ascended Master Calls and experience meditation through vibrational instruments. Donations are welcome. Reiki I - First Degree Reiki will introduce you to the beauty and simplicity of this ancient healing modality. The program will provide all the necessary information to support your own healing process, and the healing processes of others, as a professional practitioner. Compensation for this class will be accepted in the form of a heart-felt donation. Saturday, May 31st, 10AM-5PM at Holistic Health Options. Didgeridoo for Beginners - Learn to play the Didgeridoo! We will explore how to create the basic drone, animal sounds, simple rhythms and the fundamentals of circular breathing. Fee includes: instruction, a modern didgeridoo, travel bag and introductory cd. $125 Investment, Two Thursdays June 5th & 12th, 7PM-9PM at Holistic Health Options.
